    To ensure a long-lasting and safe burn, please follow these care tips:

    • Trim your wood wick to 1/8 inch before each lighting to prevent excess smoke.

    • Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges on your first burn (about 2–3 hours) to avoid tunneling.

    • Never leave a burning candle unattended or near drafts, pets, or children.

    • Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.

    • Stop using when only 1/2 inch of wax remains.

    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve scent and color.

    💫 Pro Tip: When not in use, keep your candle covered or in its original packaging to maintain the fragrance and protect it from dust or moisture.

    • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

    • If your candle arrives broken, leaking, or with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@howlingmoonmystic.com with a photo and your order number.

    • We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit once your claim is verified.

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept used candles or those that have been burned.
