Because many of our products are handmade, energetically cleansed, or custom-prepared, we keep our refund and return policy clear and simple to protect both you and our small business.

At this time, we do not accept returns for any products once they have been shipped.
Due to the nature of spiritual items, candles, crystals, cleansing tools, and personal-use energetic goods, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely take care of you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A photo of the shipping box/packaging

A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will offer either:

A store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier (USPS), we are unable to issue refunds.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

Check with neighbors

Check around your mailbox/porch/side areas

Contact your local Post Office

File a USPS Missing Mail claim
We will assist you however we can, but Howling Moon Mystic is not responsible for carrier delivery errors.

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order begins processing, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, duties, or import taxes.
Refunds cannot be issued for packages held, delayed, or refused due to customs.
